They have Eggs !!!! whooo its been a while since there last bunch , can't wait to see little wrigglers around again. Wait wheres the female now . . . .
My lion heads have bred many time before most of the time they have succeeded . . . but the last few times and this time after about a day or two of laying the eggs the female is off in other parts of the tank and the male is the only one guarding the eggs , when the female comes back he doesn't let her into the cave
Does anyone know why they might have split up , the female is also getting bashed up alot by the other fish without her man ! she has lots of hiding places but will they come back together. im really worried this time
Here is there usual breeding spot *THE CAVE*
Here they are on top of *THE CAVE* the female is smaller then the male
