breeding Pepermint Shrimps

One of my pepermints has laid eggs, and i'm wondering what the chances of the larve surviving. i only have snails, and hermits plus a baby molly. there's lots of live rock, with a whisper pwer filter (with out the filter cartrige) and a pwer head for cicrulation.
