LOL Hunter, if you have enough places to hide, they'll grow to where they are too big to eat. I have a baby who is about 1/2 inch now. I saw something dark and smallish while I was siphoning a few days ago. I think its a swordtail, cause my male is black and female is golden. I dunno if he made it, but I'm watching. Congratulations.
Just an aside: My male gourami is in charge of population control. This seems to work. Unless the BGK is having his share, but he has a hard enough time finding bloodworms, so I doubt it. And my African butterfly won't eat anything but flakes. So, I'm sure it wasn't her. I bought crickets but my daughter set them free since the buterfly took a nip and just watched as the cricket rolled in the filter wake. D'OH!
