i am currently stocking a 29g planted tank and plan on adding 6 harlequin rasboras, 6 cardinal tetras, 2-3 ottos, 1 betta/guaromi(undecided) and a pair of german blue rams... the rams will be the last thing im going to add but im conserned that if they decide to mate they will attack the others... will this happen???

Sounds like it should be okay. They are very docile cichlids and would most likely keep the to bottom region of the tank. Because you have listed no other bottom dwellers as possible stocking options, you won't have to worry about the rams beating up any of your fish. Good luck! Rams can be tough to breed as they are notoriously poor parents, at least the first few times around.
