Vader speaks truth. Pix would be good. Even just a quick, "Here's where it stands right now," sort of shot would help to keep the anticipation to a manageable level.
I wanna see some photos! As for discus, I'd suggest starting out with adults, since raising juvies in a planted tank is difficult and generally they do not reach their full potential.
wow this is amazing! i love the idea of the cork as a background! it looks so natural and with plants in there itll look like a jungle! keep those pics coming!!!
My tank continues to slowly grow in. I went to the Greater Cincinnati Aquarium Society Fall Auction Saturday and bought a ton of plants, none of which are in this tank yet. i am storing them in my 29 and 10 gallon until the 125 has water in it! I did plant some crypts to grow emersed because I have no room anywhere else. Thanks for the kind comments and attention.
I just need to find 2 super-cheap canister filters and I'm in business.
On the 4th photo, the crypts are the grayish spidery guys on the center and right. Green, rounded leafed guys are Lobelia cardinalis on the extreme left. The Glosso is actually not doing so well. The very happy low grower in these pics is the HC! I was expecting the Glosso to go crazy and the HC to do not so well, but so far the reverse is true!
