briggs permit responce what the ****?

Not sure if this is the exact number, it's the only number I could find other than the tech support.
It's for "Policy and Procedure"

Call it up and ask specifically for the woman who signed the permits. They should be able to transfer you directly to her.
 
Having lived most of my life in Az - you can bring things in or take them out as long as they are not a protected/threatened species or plant. All plants must be free of soil and pests.
 
i applied for all 48 states same day got the same letter back from them for the 10 they got done with so far,
 
It would certainly be nice if this was the case (that they are over monitoring bridgesii transfer). I am just surprised, because its still nearly impossible to tell juvenile bridgesii from the plant eating species. I have this phone number for my local registration authority: 717-755-2966, I won't have time to call until next week.

I spent a couple hours digging around applesnail last night and did find another thread where someone got the exact same letter....no one really responded as to whether they new or not if the regulations had been lifted.
 
Maybe they decided that it was costing too much money to regulate a species that wasn't actually a plant pest? That's about the only thing I can think of.
 
I also double checked and made sure that it wasn't b/c of the name change on them.

Yes I thought that was awesome too, now I can throw away all these records, I only have about 2 folders crambed as full as I can get them.
