Newly hatched BBS are because of the remaining egg sack. Adult BS aren't. That website sell them by chance?

improved diet tends to help as it increases their stamina?? lol

actually depends on the fish but many can use more protein to help with the losses they sustain during the spawn.

hooked newbie is correct the egg sac on thebbs sustains the bbs and is where most of the nutrition lies.

BS will some times help to stimulate angels to spawn. I just did that yesterday and today I have a pair spawning as I type this.

They can also be gut loaded with supper selcon.

Best information is at brine shrimp direct.

If you want to raise nutritious live foods, scuds are a good alternative to brine shrimp.

Blackworms are a very good live food to feed. I try to feed them weekly and as soon as I can get to the LFS that carries them (hour + away) I'm going to finally start a culture of my own.
