I actually never thought of raising them..but they would be great in planted tanks.

I tried to grow mine in the San Francisco Bay brand box thingumejig. I'll try again today, as it's so frigging hot outside that they'll probably do better than last time I tried. I think my celebes rainbowfish would really like some nice fresh brine shrimp, with a small side salad!
