I agree with KarlTh on getting the fish out of the shipping water asap upon opening the bag. If you've never had a bag of fish with tremendous ammonia buildup during shipping......it's a smell you will not soon forget once you do encounter it. And the burn damage that it quickly does to the fish is pretty severe.
