I was thinking of shutting 1 tank down, I do not need 4 tanks in my living room. the only one in the 10 gallon tank now is the 2 inch bristlenose. I would like to move him, and his log into the other 10 gallon with the cherry shrimp, is this possible?
I had him in the 55 with the fire mouth and the blood parrot, they did not want him there :( will he behave with my shrimp or not?
thanks

He won't bother even the smallest shrimp, and they won't mind him. The only thing I can add is that a BN won't do well long term in a 10g. Could you make room in the 29g for the BN (aka getting rid of some female guppies :grinyes:)?

I will be putting him in my 55 in a few months. when I find a bunch of compatable fish to go in there. the darn blood parrot and fire mouth will not let me add any other fish. its boring to look at with both them two sitting beside each other under neath there log! I had him in there, they would not let him eat.
I want loach's, and I am going to have them! ( just need to get up the gumption to give my fish to a good home.
look at me and the guppy, I still can not imagin throwing the babies into the big tank. the blood parrot is now watching me go all over the room, waiting for me to drop a few in :eek3:
I was thinking 6 loach, 4 rams may make the 55 tank lively again!

and yes, I am getting rid of some female guppy! The pet store is almost done with the building, soon they will be moving in and I will give them 20 female . Yep they had a bunch more last weekend

Sounds like a nice tank you have planned (why so few loaches? :D). I know how it feels to be overrun by livebearers, I wake up to a new batch of endlers daily, and the first group is almost fully grown :wall:

well if you think I can have more :grinyes::grinyes: I would love a bunch, see them play and run around the tank.
my guppys are going to town, heck I have so much coverage for them that every time I look there is big black eyes looking at me :grinyes:
but my platy, nothing. I wonder if I have all female? I have a lot of platy and nothing from them. do they have a gondopin?

yeah the male platys being live bearers have gonopodiums
