I got a new light in the mail yesterday. It came in, in ruff shape. The box was so badly misshandled that the reflector was all bent out of shape. In addition to that the bulbs have something rattling in them. The seller claims that a PC flo bulb has a small bead of mercury rattling inside of them and that that is a normal feature. When I turned on the bulbs they don't seem to be as bright as they should be.The seller said "it takes a bulb a few hours when they are first turned on to actually get to full power. Since they require a very specific wattage to run correctly, its really almost impossible for them to do anything other then either work correctly, or not work at all". Is this seller trying to pull something or is that the way they are? I did have insurance on the box and we are working togeater on a solution.I just need to know if the bulbs are bad too.:help::help:
