On one of my live rocks there is some brown fur growing. It is growing down onto the cc. It is actually my two small rocks. I looked on the hitchhiker page and algae page and didn't see anything. Anyone know? Probably something else that goes along with those rotton glass anemonies..

It probably just diatoms. They'll show their face in just about all new tanks. Just vacuum them off as best you can, let your cleanup crew do what they can and wait it out. Eventually they'll die off on their own.
