I'd take the myrio and the moss on the rock and drftwood out of the tank, if possible. Put them in a bowl of water and clean them with a toothbrush. Then rinse them off really well to get any bits thet might be left on it. It is hard to get the algae out of little nooks and crannies with just your hands, so a toothbrush helps a lot.
