Brown Koi?

About a year ago me and my mom saw a brown koi, about this color KOI
And were going to get him, but since he was butterfly they wanted $100 for a 8" koi.

Any idea what kind of koi he was? I'd love to get one.. I was thinking he was a dark Chagoi, but that hasn't helped me out much, since I can't find one XP

Nobody knows? I was hoping to find one by Oct. 9th for her.
She loved the one she saw but it was just too much.

Sorry, missed this thread first time round! It could have been a Chagoi. Do any of these look like it?

Amazing this looks a lot like the two that I have in my tank. I thought they were just a more wild type that I got out of the feeder tank.

I'm giving them away this weekend... maybe I should sell them for $175... lol

Maybe you already knew this, but if it helps, "cha" does mean "brown" in Japanese, so "chagoi" means "brown koi."
