Co2 will do nothing in a tank with low light, especially under 1 wpg. IME there has been no noticeable change in growth at all.

For now...
Until the end of the month I may continue to have plant problems no more plants until I get the right light. I just put a 40 watt (to low I know) but it puts out 10000K, Flourish and I am going to put in an iron supplement in I hope this will work until I get the right equipment.

I don't think adding fertilizers with no light or co2 is a good idea. It is a recipe for an algae attack. The plants really can't take up much fertilizer without appropriate light.
