This is my DIY ADA Brushed Stainless stand.

Material List:

-WilsonArt Brushed Stainless Laminate
-3/4" Plywood
-2x2s for the inner frame
-European Concealed Hinges
-Matching paint

The brushed stainless is from a WilsonArt distributor here in Clovis, CA. They are called Western Building Materials.
