BSL case in Ohio!!

Ok so there has been a long drawn out case in the Ohio Supreme Court (I live in Ohio so it really impacts me) over the weither or not laws targeting pits are constitutional (sp). The oral arguements where heard yesterday, but who knows how long it will take the justices to make a ruleing??? It is going to drive me nuts!!!

I don't think it looks good Jojo.

Too many jurisdicitons have approved banning. The precidents are working against you.
 
Yes but if you read the ohio law the are argueing that it is unconstitutionally vague, in my county American Bulldogs are not deemed to be pits, in the case above Mr. Tellings was found to be in violation for haveing two American Bulldogs and a pit. the bulldogs did not have insurance and their county dog warden said that they should as they are pits. If a state law is to be enforced it has to be equally enforceable across the state, not left up to the county as to how it reads and which dogs it includes.
