yeah its 316ltr to be exact the measurenents are w=183cm h=48cm d=36cm

ok, makes more sense now i seen the measurements....its a very thin tank for a 6 foot...cool....
So, on them measurements, your looking at needing 1950gph water circulation...Your currently on 1050gph...So, again really, flow i think is the cause of your problems.. I.e Lack off flow...You really need to double what you currently have...

It also kinda looks like it could be dinoflagellates. There is an article about them in Reefkeeping Online Mag. It may be as far back as 2006, I don't remember. The article states that keeping a high pH for a few weeks can (but not always) be helpful.
Something to try anyway if the high flow doesn't help. Good Luck.
