Bubble under my Oscar's skin?

There is a bubble of some sort under my Oscar's skin on his head. What's that all about?

Is there a color to this? White or clear?

It's white in colour. It's not as large as it was yesterday though.

My buttikoferi (sp?) I used to have got that before. I was told it was a parasite, some kind of a worm or something.

We medicated him and it went away, but not completely. When we thought it was gone, we took him out of the hospital tank and it came back.

That would be my guess on it though.
