yay for saving the duckies!

I remember at my old job (waterpark) we had a bumper boat area, and there were ducklings in it one day. I was SO mad because the guys running it would try to run them over with the boats. They refused to shut it down. So when they closed for the evening and after I had gotten off my shift (lifeguarding) we went over there and waded around in the bumper boat pool for a good hour catching them and the mama.
And then we set them all free at a park with a pond by my house. :)
they were adorable.

I do! Sweet! I will check those out! :D

Chances are they will come back to their water source. You will need to put a board slanted down into the pool so they can get out. I had to do that every year at my last house.

That is so sweet and baby ducks are just the cutest most adorable little things. Kudos for you for being such a good samaritan and saving them. You may get pictures yet, mom may decide to return to the pool with them again if she is used to frequenting it.

Yikes! We'll have to keep an eye out. If we see them again I'll call the apartment complex and see if they cant get a board out there. Not my pool so I cant just modify it, although I would have already if it were my pool. :D
