Build my CO2 system

I’ve done plants before but never Co2. Just used excel.
well this is a stronger light then I used in the past.
I want to get a system for a 45 gallon tank. Not dyi not the type that uses the small cylinder

I want a 5 or 10 lb tank. I can get this at a nearby store
What I really need help with is which

regulator combo
Diffuser
And whatever else I may need.

Think I’m going to do Glass cats, neons, Pygmy cories, ottos and shrimp.

found a brewing company up the road that is going to sell me a full 20lb tank for 105.00 and exchanges are 45.00

I have a ZRDR brand generator system. Had decent reviews and is going well so far in my planted 20H. Definitely the most cost effective for CO2 since you are doing the reaction yourself.
