Bullied Oscar then jumping Oscar, help!

Awe! What a cute tiger oscar too. That's too bad Patty, but it happens. Many O keepers have gone through this. My 5-6" tiger oscar just doused me with water at feeding time. Managed to splash all down the front of me and on the floor. They are strong and clumsy, so require a full aquarium top.
In regards to the cloudy-eye he had, I've had other fish plop to the floor, resulting in a bulging and cloudy eye that completely cleared up (to my eye) in 3-5days. It's all about a good water change schedule.
