Heyya folks. I've done alot with freshwater and I've finally decided to do salt. It's a thirty gallon and I have everything ready except for the live rock. Has anyone had any success buying it online, as it is about half of the cost? This leads to my other two questions...it says that it is cured, but how true is that? Also, one thing that I am really looking forward to, most infact, is the enigma of creatures that will come with my live rock. Will the transport kill anything or should I still expect a full variety of unknowns? Thanks alot for any help. I was planning to buy 30 pounds of live rock, about 10 pounds of live sand, and 30-40 pounds of crushed coral.

I recommend http://www.tbsaltwater.com/index.html

They collect and ship the rock in water so you get all a wide range of life!

The shipping isn't too bad if you use airline. It cost me $40 to ship to Nashville, TN.

They also sell sand. Check out their "package" deals. Richard and Mary are great to work with.
