ah shiz ive only had them 3 days and they are starting to yellow. i want to add the picks to this but im not quite sure how. the insert image thing is confusing.

Or that you don't have enough light over the tank. So how much light do you have and what size tank? Are the lights fluorescent or incandescent?

i have a flourecant light in my tank. the one plant is a aqua fern and the other is a argentine sword
Well that doesn't answer the rest of my questions...However I have seen some of your other posts and if this is your 55 gallon tank then you don't have enough light over your tank for plants and will have to get a retrofitted kit. The aqua fern, the one in the link i posted, is not aquatic and will rot in your tank, so take it out and go get your money back. The Argentine sword is going to die with the pitiful light that comes standard with a 55 gallon tank.
So you have the choice to either go back to plastic or to invest more into the planted aspect of tank keeping which can be quite costly with the price of a suitable light kit, fertilizers, and possibly CO2 injection. Here is one place that sells retrofit light kits: www.ahsupply.com Good luck.
To post pics...you have to upload your pic to a hosting site. I use www.flickr.com for mine. You upload, then click on the picture. Then click "all sizes" at the top of the picture. Choose the size that you want, then copy the link (under the pic). Then you come back here and click on the "insert image" icon. Then you paste the link in the pop-up box.
how do you insert the pic directly to the post. oh and this is my 10 gal. i got flourecant lights for it. the aqua fern is doing great and is actually getting biger the argentine swords however are mostly doing good. except for the one plant. a fish bit off the stems.
