How come CSIS does not have letterhead stationary???

I have worked for numerous companies(Large) and the fed govt...they all had letterhead stationary.

Official letters generally come with official letterhead. especially if they want to give the appearance of being official.

LOLOL...i thought this was going to be too obvious to state....so, well stated....every law / legal company WOULD have their own letterheaded paper, with pre-printed contact details on them, and the corporate log, at teh very least...

well I dunno..I just ifgured.. the company I currently work at requires all corresponence ref the company be sent on letterhead
 
This is why I am increasingly becoming more and more agravated about this!

Ask anyone from a military/law enforcement background if they think it a joke that someone is playing this kind of game.

I know some of you on this forum are previously and presently in this area of life. What are your thoughts on someone pretending they are from this background.

Even more so would you not want to catch them at their game?

Personally this is what is fastly becoming my main beef with this. I do not find it funny that someone is doing this.

And yes C.S.I.S. does indeed not operate this way. They use identifying business cards and stationery.
 
well IMHO
this is something that CSIS should be investigating.

if someone is trying to pass themselves off as a CSIS official

akin to posing as a Police Officer aka Police impersonation is a punishable offense and should be dealth with by the Police.

I would turn it over and let it go.
 
I have the local police on it. I kept that last letter only long enough to take a pic of it and then handed it in to the police.

I phoned the ottawa branch of csis and gave them all the pertinent information and contacts for the regina police officers.

I also have a friend of mine in the govt who has come good connections in the rcmp doing some things as well.

At this point I am thinking dang I got my kids a nice turtle for free.
 
I feel compelled, in my intoxicated state, to make one more remark. I would NEVER have posted all this stuff here. I understand why you did but unless you haven't noticed BEFORE you posted this stuff, you are swimming in a shark tank and when there is blood in the water....
