Cabomba?

My cabomba does that too. Usually when a new stem will grow in that specific area. Being lazy and all, I just leave it there, nothing bad seems to happen from it. Sometimes, I cut the new stem arising from it so I have a whole new plant

BTW, I heard that these things grow flowers... never had one. Anyone with success on this?

Thanks all Think i will be doing some trimming as its only a 10 gallon and i want to be able to see the other plants
