Hunting for a thread that will direct me and this one looks as god as any, so here goes... Calcium carbonate or calcium BIcarbonate (can't recall which) is important for growth of the type of crypt I have in my tank, the name of which ALSO escapes me for the moment, but my KH is a 180, GH at 150, and PH at 6.8, so do I need to add anything in the first place? And if so, what? Tums? Baking Soda? Kinda lost here, just not seeing any noticable growth on these particular plants. What I read said that they will grow twisted and deformed leaves if it's lacking, and what little growth there is looks straight, just ain't much of it. Advice?
