Ok here is another question which I havent seen come up on this forum...
I have the stock aquarium hood that came with my 29 gallon which has the narrow glass window where the light is placed. My water is relatively soft and slightly acidic but im having a serious problem with what looks like calcium hardwater deposits on the underside of the glass. I've tried to clean this many times using vinegar, and some of it comes off but a lot of it will not budge. How do I get this off completely? It is definately blocking a lot of the light that is trying to get through to my plants.
Thanks
