Keep in mind that I said "easily find a formula," not that it would be impossible. You're right. A math major would likely be able to answer the question for you, and I almost made that suggestion. I'm not a math major, I only got as far as calculus, and that was years ago. I doubt we have a huge number of math majors here who are simply refusing to help you. Good luck.
