Silverdale, WA.
I started by calling Environmental Health, closest number I could find in the phone book that had anything to do with Public Water. After being transfered a few times, I got someones message machine. I left my name and number and hoped for the best. I had gotten my question down to basics, "Does my water have 'Chlorine or chloramine' in it." My call was returned in a short order. I was asked for my street address and was put on hold. After a few minutes she came back and was very happy to give me an answer. I live out in the sticks and am on public well water, with no 'Chlorine or chloramine'.
Whoo Hoo, no more "Tap Water Conditioner", no more ageing water. Now I know for sure that my water is not treated with anything nasty.
Everyone I talked to was very nice and helpful.
If you don't know, call! I found the # in the County section of my phone book.

Bremerton is the only location in Kitsap that uses chlorine that I know of Jim... but always good to be safe.

Kewl, someone in my part of the world. I'm looking for a good "Discus" breeder. Nearest one I have found is Whidbey Island.

Best one I know of is in Marysville but I'm an invert nut so I don't keep up on discus much.

Baltimore county, Maryland puts chlorine in the water, however, i havent had any tests come up positive for it where I live, so who knows.
