My Calvus get Mysis Shrimp and Spirulina Brine Shrimp every other day along with blood-worms 3 times per week. They get Spectra Thera pellets and Omega One Color or Ocean Nutrition Formula Two flakes daily. All my fish grow like crazy on this diet except the Calvus. They're rather nonchalant about feeding and probably get 1/4 of what the rest of the stock gets.
Yeah my feeding plans are similar to yours Ethan, i feed two flakes Omega cichlid and NLS flake mix along with NLS pellets 1mm to 2mm mix second feeding consists of HBH spirulina flake and HBH spirulina soft pellets my Alto's get some of the foods..
