I have an OLYMPUS FE-280 with 8.0 Megapixels and i would like to know how i can photograph my tanks with no problem like flash,fast moving fish, and stuff like that any help would be apreciated

can you adjust the aperture, ISO and exposure?.

if not, set the camera to macro mode, clean the glass and turn out all the lights(do this at night) except for the tank lights and take the pics from an angle if your using flash.

Also, try and experiment with the camera's "preset settings".
The nice thing about trying different settings is you won't waste any "film."
