The last one I kept went from 3" to 14" in about a year.

It seriously took mines 4 yrs to grow to 11-12. I'm having a hard time believing this one but it's not to say that you're lying.....:what:

You told the OP not to do it, then you say you did it in an even smaller tank.

The thing that gets fish to grow is 2 things, clean water quality and a good diet.
If both are kept up the fish will grow.

I did it by changing 1/3 to 1/2 of the tank 3 x a week. Anyone who feels up to that level of maintenance should also feel free to knock themselves out!
