I have the Hagen/Nutrafin CO2 kit. Can I hook the hose from the CO2 chamber up to the air intake for my Duetto 50 and you the Duetto 50 power head to diffuse the CO2 into the water?
Can a Nutrafin CO2 diffuser be run through a Duetto 50?

after googling "duetto 50", I see that it is a small filter.
I know that larger canisters with high flow rates can dissolve co2 without a problem, but the small duetto i dont think would be able to.

thats what i use in my 120. works really good. though i would make sure you have a bubble counter between the diy co2 and the filter.
