Can African Dwarf Frogs carry ich?

So one of my freshwater tanks is showing the first signs of ich, this tank houses my husbands ADF as well, so can he carry ich too? If not i will put him in one of the small tanks while I deal with the other tank if he can what treatment can he take? Any suggestions would help I've had fish since I was a kid and this is my first go around with ich (I've been so lucky) and the first ADF I've had too.

It wasn't ich, but there was a link in one of the posts, by hackernerd, and under "heat treatment" it mentioned raising the temp and adding salt, both of which I have seen as ich treatment here on AC. Might be worth a read...?

Thanks for the suggestion, yeah I think that one is an actual frog illness...I haven't found anything about ich and these little guys yet.

Sorry for the late response. Fogs are not hosts for Ich. They don't contract Ich.
