can any id this bristle worm and is it safe

please can any one id this bristle worm as i appear to have a few in my tank i know some are quite safe is this one it is about 4 inches long even more when fully extended

yup regular old beneficial poop eating bristle worm...just dont hug or cuddle it...its all fuzzy tell the burning starts....lol

Agreed.
I have one exactly like that in my 20g nano, except its about 5 inches long. A harmless detritus feeder, the spikes are just for defence as my hawkfish and blenny found out (they're both fine now).
