Looks a lot like a bumblebee (Pseudotropheus crabro).

this is a pix of a plain ole bumblebee cichlid...so its either a hybrid or just a plain ole bb cichlid

I do not think it is a hybrid (but not sure). My LFS has a few that looks just like it. But they not sure what it is either. They have it as "African Cichlid".
