Can I do any shrimp?

I think bamboo shrimp would be really cool and I like the idea but I am worried about them getting picked on and killed.
I was thinking of doing your second suggestion over time. Maybe throw a few larger ones in and see what happens. Since the ones they ate were tiny. A full size cherry may not be food. Or like you said just chuck like 20 in their and hope some make it.

I was also thinking of doing some big growth moss. Like some flame moss on the main rock in the middle of my tank. If you look at the pictures of my setup you would see what I mean. Then throwing a bunch of the shrimp in their. If the shrimp are smart enough to retreat into the moss they should be ok.
