Can I put a Green Terror & Midas Cichlid together with a pair of goldfish?

You have to take things slow when you're new at this, otherwise you'll have failures over and over.
1st: It's not good to rush things... It is exciting setting a new tank up, you just have to keep in mind the things that keep your fish alive and healthy. I reccomend reading up on cycleing, and researching the fish you want, before you buy them. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask.

That was the point -- she's either lying about them in other threads or about this being her first tropical tank.
yea, but that's oscars. Not a community tank. I'm new at that. That's why I'm coming for help here.
