same as topic, I have a tank with a KH of 2 and PH of 7.1 - 7.2. Can these readings most likely cause ich to outbreak. Also what causes ich mainly???

The only thing that causes ich is the parasite. Kind of like asking what causes chicken pox--the virus. There are a variety of factors that determine if a fish will be overcome by ich, and water parameters can come into play, but those same parameters will not result in ich if the parasite is not present in the system.
...just as you can go out right after a shower and never wear your galoshes --and you still won't come down with chickenpox...
