Well...can they? I can't seem to get my skimmer to work really well without the microbubbles. In the short run, is there any danger to the fish?:help:

Should not be a problem. Not too long ago someone posted pics of some wave action they have going and it was an insane amount of bubbles. Kinda neat to watch.
BTW, I get some from my skimmer too from time to time.

I'm jealous that you don't know. They are teeeny tiny little bubbles...mine come from my skimmer. They drive me nuts because they make the water unclear and get on the fish. Annoying.

Point the return heads to the top of the water and you most likely won't see them as they will pop before they make it far into the tank.

It flows from a overflow so I can't move it around...thinking if I could attach something to it to alter it's course. It really irks me especially since i'm not terribly convinced the skimmer is that effective in the first place. Poor clownfish had a bubble stuck on his eye ball.

i think i read somewhere, when a goby actually ate some bubbles. not sure what happened to the fish though.
as a side note, i've seen one of my LFS display tanks which was oversaturated with oxygen, bubbles inside the fish's fins.
