can someone recomend me a light

it need to fit into the esclipse system 12 hood, i want a light that will give that bluish tint and i want to plant the tank (12 gallons)

Well you can have one or the other, plants don't grow well with blue lights.

If it's a Flourescent Hood, then see if you can find GE "AquaRay" bulbs. they make them in NO & PC that I'm aware of. They're 9325K and cast a slight pinkish color but the plants love them.
