Is pool filter sand carried at a pool store, or at hardware stores? I have used play sand in the past and it does alright, it works better with a layer of something else underneath though. It makes the water cloudy for a while, even when rinsed, because alot of the particles are so tiny. I would like to try pool filter sand though, i like the larger particles.
