my canister filter is making A LOT of water falling noise.?!? is it becuase i have air bubbles or something? it seems to be doing fine. just kinda annoying. should i leave it alone? or do something about it?

Yeah, thats my question too.

Not sure if this is what you're talking about, but I just cleaned my filter and started it up again.

If you just started up your filter again you may hear the water dripping inside the filter. As it pushes out more air, the space will fill with water until you no longer hear the water.

its a magnum 350 pro, and i just got it,....like 5 days ago. i have had recent power outages for like 5 hours. and when it came back on....it started making that noise. any suggestions?

Is the discharge outlet completely submerged under water? It needs to be, especially on a re-start after cleaning. It will do a reverse siphon and fill the canister to void the air pockets as you cycle it on and off 2-3 times.
