Canister filter output?

So I have a Rena xp3 canister filter. I was wondering if anyone knew some attachments for the output that would slow the flow into the tank, maybe one that splits it in two or three directions? I lost the little piece that reduces the flow rate, even one of those that someone isnt using would be great.

You can built a spray bar with multiple directions out of pvc for just a couple bucks.

Actually i think i am gonna try to find a replacement for the little piece that came with it originally which let you turn down the flow....better for my plants and discus.
Anyone have it?

Just point the flow from the spray bar towards the back glass if it is too much.

it comes with a spray bar and you can do like bored said and angle it to the glass.

Yeah I tried the backwards spray bar but its still too much current! It will push the plants out of the flourite that im trying to get a good carpet with.

It is a very bad idea, i had a eheim 2217 spraybar on the back of my 55 gallon tank aimed at the front glass, the sand got moved like crazy, after a day i can see the eggcrate.
