Mag 350's, all the way.

Yeah, I've got a 350 pro on my 37 gallon tank. It stay spotless and only needs a little maintainence from time to time. It's been going for 4 years now without a hitch

My oldest Mag is one I bought in '78 or 79.

I bought our mag for about 80 dollars, do those 120-200 dollar filters do anything that a mag cant, i can put whatever media i want in it, has high flow, simple to operate, i haven't seen any real tests on filters to compare them, but i just don't see how spending more is going to filter so much better thats its worth it.....

i'm partial to rena XP's... though i've heard great things about eheims...

stay away from older fluvals... they are not very user friendly.
