My imperator angel has pretty large white splotches on his entire body. I thought it was ich at first, since they starts is salt grain spots. I treated him with ich meds, and it didin't work. Now as I said, he has large white splotches. Any clue what this is?

Can you post a picture, and your water parameters and maintenance schedule? that will really help. Sounds like it could be bacterial or fungal. You could try going to www.fishyfarmacy.com I've heard it's a good site for identifying diseases.
