Can't find saulsosi cichlids, what else could I put in with rusty cichlids?

So if I went with say 6 rusty's and 6 yellow labs I should be ok in a 40 gallon?

What length is the 40 ?

I have mixed Cynos, Black Aceis and Reg Aceis with my rusty. I also have a single female auratus who remains on good behavior watch. Never had a problem with her, but if I do, she goes.

Ps. acei get too big for a 36" long tank, IMHO. I would keep there 2 dwarf mbuna species: rusties and saulosis or rusties and Cyno. afra; 6 of each species is OK.
