Car repair delays.

Car repairs have been dalayed another week!. Last week it was waiting on the insurance fiasco. Which still has not been solved. This week it's been cancelled because 4 th of July coming up. I was counting on having the car next week to go pick up some new fish. I already had to skip one because it interfered with the doctors appointment day.

Plus fetch fresh water. I need to do water changes and lack of transportation means I can't fetch fresh water. I'd like to have a tank all ready to go for the new bettas.

Not to mention I'm stuck in here in suburbia with no transportation. I was planning to be doing outdoors recreation, not sitting in the uncomfortable & hot apartment. The bettas love it...Me not so much.

I feel ya. I had $1700 worth of repairs done the last couple of weeks, myself. There's more that needs to be done, but I gotta pay the rent.

Go check on your car! I had a mechanic who delayed, and delayed, and when I finally physically went out to the repair shop, the shop was gone. He was selling pieces of my truck on ebay, and none of the work he'd been paid for had been done. The police said it was a civil matter, the civil courts said it was a police matter, and he quietly moved away. Basicly, I was left with pieces parts of a truck, no money, and no resolution. This is a good chunk of the reason I gave up on cars and have ridden a motorcycle for the last three years.

I know how you feel, my car has just gone wrong and i cant get it fixed until i get paid at the end of the month.

my lady wrecked her car; it happened 7 weeks ago, we JUST got the check yesterday...


So, we're now at $2000 in rental-car bills alone.

I totally get how being stuck without your car can mess up plans, especially with everything you’ve got going on with the fish tanks. You might want to look into Quick battery replacement in Motor City that could save you some hassle and get you back on the road faster. Hang in there!
