Carbon is used to remove meds from the water, so does it remove plant fertilizer?

Yes it does to some extent but I don't know which ferts or how effectively.
This is the primary reason almost no one with plants everuses carbon

Uh oh...I've been using plant fertilizers and carbon filter pads. Thanks to this topic I will stop using the carbon.
